The Deluxe Room features a spacious bathroom with a great shower.

My stay was disappointing due to several issues. We had to navigate stairs to reach our room on the fourth floor since there was no lift, which was unexpected. the breakfast description was misleading. the full English breakfast came with a hefty price tag, which felt excessive given the room rate.

Friendly staff made check-in a pleasant experience, and the location is incredibly central, just steps away from Chelsea and Kensington. The room was very comfortable, and the spacious bathroom with a great shower was a highlight. the breakfast lacked variety, and hailing a cab was sometimes challenging.
